Ross Cooper holds the IAO REPS accredited Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training (QCF)
With a personal interest in the development of lean muscle gain for aesthetics, Ross has particular interest in training for the ectomorphic body type, flexibility and core strength.
To compliment his work as a horsemanship trainer and coach, Ross applies his knowledge of the human body and bio-mechanics to the development of equestrian fitness, which directly affects ridden ability, equine movement and the developing of an independent and effective seat.
