Ross has a lovely energy calming and relaxing and an absolutely amazing way of connecting with horse's. he's currently working with myself and my horse building on communication and the few bad habits between horse and handler with the aim of bringing us back to riding again. my horse has always been a fidget when picking up feet and not holding her feet up but with Ross helping she is not fidgeting and picking up her feet and taking most of the weight her self he's also helped with the hands on bodywork on Bali my horse which has made a difference in how she relaxes and Even standing still . I was recommended to Ross by a friend after having some loading issues with my mare.I was a little worried of having someone out to help,as she is a sensitive mare and I just felt we had lost understanding along the way,so didn’t want anyone pulling her about on pressure halters or chasing her round in circles..I needn’t have worried as from the moment Ross starting working with her I realised what a kind and gentle approach he has,We worked though her issues and Ross took time to listen to her history etc and she was soon soon building Confidence on the ramp and in the lorry.I am about to book a refresher to ensure we keep building on her confidence. Ross has also had a bodywork session with all my horses…I was impressed with the time and trouble he took with all 3,as each had different issues with aches and pains to address.With my mare performing with much more power and lightness in her jumping-we will definitely be booking more sessions on a regular basis!

When I first met Ross my horse, Murphy, and I were having a battle. He would plant all four feet and refuse to move, he would pull back and shoot off. Working with Ross we soon established clear boundaries and were much more comfortable with each other. Soon we had a greater bond and I learnt to trust my instincts with Murphy too. I now have a clear and consistent approach to everything I do with Murphy which means that all the hassle has gone. I then called on Ross's services again when I was struggling to get Murphy to load even though he travelled well. Again Ross was fantastic, giving us a clear and simple strategy to ensure that everything goes smoothly. I have recommended him to everyone I know and would recommend him to anyone wanting to establish a strong bond with their horse or wanting help with a particular problem. Ross is a super horseman and a great teacher and any session is informative and fun. Murphy and I are now a team!

Ross was amazing. I had been looking for a suitable bitless for my rescue horse, who had been out in a severe bit at a very early age and had scaring in the mouth. I had tried several solutions but none really worked for me. Ross came to see us. He brought a lot of equipment with him for me to try and advised on how to use and move forward. I would highly recommend him
