By visiting this site or contact him through you acknowledge it is your responsibility to read and adhere to the terms and conditions listed when working with Ross Cooper.
- Please be aware there is a 24 hour cancellation charge for all clients. Clients must notify Ross Cooper of their cancellation outside of the 24 hours prior to the session or will be liable to pay the full session amount. Extreme and personal circumstances will be taken in to account.
- As a certified Equine Behaviour Consultant, Rosca Horsemanship can assess behaviours and interpret their potential causes, however in the event that your horse seems to be unwell, veterinary advice or the appropriate equine professional should be consulted
Rosca Horsemanship can not be consulted as a substitute for veterinary advice or held liable for such, and session payment will still be required in circumstances where a session outcome may not be viable until the appropriate checks have been made on referral by Rosca Horsemanship. - Rosca Horsemanship
advises
that correct health and safety equipment to be worn at all times during all sessions and clinics when around equines. This should include a current BHS regulation standard riding helmet, gloves and appropriate footwear (smooth soul with small heel for ridden and protective footwear for in-hand). Failure to do so is at you/the clients own risk.
- Rosca Horsemanship strives to provide a high level of horsemanship, behavioural training and coaching appropriate for you and/or your horse. Rosca Horsemanship strives to partake in regular academic and practical CPD to ensure he brings continued and up-to-date knowledge and skill set to you,
- Rosca Horsemanship is proud to have a high success rate of training and coaching both horse and humans, working in a safe and effect manner. However success or safety can never be guaranteed and Rosca Horsemanship can not be held liable for a perceived digression of training or skill-set post session.
- Rosca Horsemanship can not be held liable for any information or exercise misinterpretation that may occur during a session, online or via alternate communication.
- Rosca Horsemanship can not hold responsibility for any unsupervised use of techniques that have been observed in a session, clinic or online; you/clients do so at their own risk and take full responsibility for themselves, their horses and others in the area.
- Rosca Horsemanship would like to make you aware that horses can be unpredictable animals, and working with them can prove dangerous. Therefore Rosca Horsemanship can not accept any responsibility for loss, damage or injury incurred as a result of training sessions with Rosca Horsemanship at any location
- Clinics require a full payment or the required deposit to secure your place on the clinic, with the total amount due within the time frame stated at the time of booking.
- In the event that a clinic may have to be cancelled due to unseen circumstances, participants will be notified immediately and entitled to a full refund. In the event of poor weather or rearrangement, the clinic will be rescheduled for a mutually convenient date for all parties within 28 days of the originally scheduled date.
